Ryan will be playing in the Jimmy V Celebrity Golf Classic from Friday August 8th to August 10th at the Pinehurst Resort in North Carolina. He is really looking forward to it. He has played before and it is always a great event for a great cause.

Harper's Island:
It's official people, Ryan is no longer in Harper's Island. Christopher
Gorham has taken over. It probably has to do with that Ryan read to
young for the role. Christopher is 33, Ryan is 25 and the character
Henry is supposed to be younger than Ryan's real age.
Ryan and
his fans have to roll with the punches again. C'est la vie, Rock Steady
and on to the next project. Luckily Ryan has a lot in store for him

ET"Ugly Betty" spoiler alert! "Betty" regular Christopher Gorham has been tapped to star on CBS' midseason drama "Harper's Island."
The CBS Par-produced "Island" is a serialized horror story about a group of friends who meet on an island off the Seattle coast for a destination wedding.
Gorham will play the groom-to-be, whose name, ironically, is Henry, which was also the name of his character on "Betty."
On ABC's "Betty," the rivalry between Henry (Gorham) and Gio (recurring Freddy Rodriguez) for Betty's (America Ferrera) heart culminated in the second season finale where the final scene showed Betty seemingly making her choice, but the lucky guy was not revealed.
Gorham won't return to "Betty," and Rodriguez, who has a few features lined up, is not expected to come back for more than one episode, which means new love life for Betty.
She is not expected to stay on the sidelines for long -- hunk Val Emmich was just cast as recurring character Jesse, a new love interest for Betty.
Gorham first appeared on "Betty" as a guest star in the fall of 2006. He was quickly recruited as a recurring and later upped to regular. He is repped by CAA and Rigberg Entertainment Group. According to my sources Ryan is supposed to be playing Henry Dunn, but this article has got me all worried again. I've forwarded it to Nona, hopefully she'll get back to me first thing tomorrow morning.

| Gallery rebuilt! |
Gallery:
The gallery is completely rebuild, I apologize if there was any inconvience. The gallery is more organized now. No more random file names like 2134.jpg or aafsa2398.jpg, the files now all have names like 2008converse01.jpg and youngstar01.jpg. Somehow I ended up with 109 more pictures, 10 more albums in this gallery and I've reduced the size by 250 MB. Also the gallery has a new theme with one of the funniest picture of Ryan. All I have to do is to check the screencaptures for bad screencaps, even though I did that once, some bad ones slipped through the cracks. I also still have to re-screencap some of the movies and tv shows because they have those really ugly tags on them, what was I thinking? Anyways, that will all be taken care of when I can find the time, the priority of re-screencapping is not that high. Enjoy the new gallery!

Harper's Island:
Some of you might have read some articles on Variety or Hollywood reporter stating that Harper is going to be re-cast. It all started with the following Hollywood Reporter article that was published on May 19th, 2008. I've been aware of this article since a couple of hours after it was first published. The reason why I didn't post it on this site or the official website is because I didn't want to worry you guys while I had no official confirmation about re-casting Harper.

The serialized horror drama, from CBS Paramount, is described as "Scream" meets "10 Little Indians" and revolves around a group of friends who are terrorized when they meet on an island off the Seattle coast for a destination wedding.
Ari Schlossberg penned the pilot presentation, which was directed by Jon Turteltaub.
Bell will now write the first episode and run the series. He will executive produce alongside Turteltaub.
Schlossberg, Karim Zriek and Dan Shotz serve as co-exec producers.
Recasting on the project is expected.
Post-upfront tweaks are common practice, especially when a project was shot as a presentation and requires the filming of a new first episode.
Last year, another new CBS drama series picked up from a presentation, "Moonlight," also was retooled, and all principal actors from the presentation were recast except the lead, Alex O'Loughlin.
Bell ("Alias," "Angel") is repped by CAA and attorney Cliff Gilbert-Lurie. I'm happy to inform you guys that while no one in the cast has received official pick up notice, Ryan has been assured that his role in Harper's Island remains solid and that at this time he fully expects to be in Vancouver at the end of July to begin shooting. Official pick up notices are due to cast members by June 30th.

I might have to take the gallery down for a while but that's after I have got the complete re-organized gallery ready on my computer. So this is the heads up, don't be alarmed if the gallery is down, it'll be back up asap.
